There was no help when I arrived. The staff was all confused and not welcoming given the hotel had lost electricity and they were managing removing people from rooms. As new guests arrived they were not immediately communicating the electrical issues. Guests had to find their own alternative accommodations.

The property is undergoing renovations.However, that does not explain why.My television did not work in my room.And my shower was spraying all over the place. The night staff tried to be helpful, but the day staff really didn't seem to be particularly concerned about these issues at all. Also I arranged for light checkout and still had people knocking on my door multiple times before I left. I expected that if I had an issue, it would be noise from the renovations, but that wasn't an issue. Also, this hotel charges for a lot of things that traditionally hotels have offered as a complimentary part of a stay like holding onto your luggage before and after your stay. I would not stay here again.

Hotel was under construction. No restaurant open for breakfast. Room was small but nice.

We were told to leave the hotel due to electrical issues. I was travelling for work and came home at 7:30pm where I was told to pack my bags and find my own accommodation. Awful experience

Room was clean and spacious. Large desk, couple of seats. Plenty of lights and sockets. Great shower. Comfy bed

The stay went very well until there was a power outage and everyone had to evacuate. May have been related to the construction which to be fair I was aware of. Re-booked by the staff into another hotel efficiently. Overall the staff and the stay was excellent.

This hotel is a great choice to visit London. Well located, clean, nice staff, nice breakfast and the room was great! Good size, comfortable and offered all we needed. We would recommend and come back.

Good to have free breakfast included in the room price. Not expecting the hotel needs photo documentation for check in. The water bottles were not being replenished as I was staying 2 nights. Besides that, everything is good.

We had a recently renovated triple room. It was extremely clean and the 3 single beds were ideal for us. The bathroom was lovely the only downside was no door on the shower so made the rest of the bathroom very wet and slippery when used. Breakfast had a good choice and reasonably priced at £15 pp. when I booked didn’t realised there was a lot of building works going on but didn’t hear any noise after 5pm or before 8am - no good if you want a lie in as it was noisy after 8 but fine for us. We would definitely stay here again. Location was fantastic Staff really helpful
