Great breakfast and free shuttle bus to Tokyo station, good size room for single is why I returned to stay here. Bathtub height is higher than norm, do be careful when stepping in and out to shower. Choice to change towels daily is appreciated.
Will recommend.

Excellent breakfast buffet. Room was very small, no wardrobe or place to put your clothes. We had to leave everything in the suitcase and push it under the bed. The mattress was so hard and thin, that we had to leave earlier. Unless you're used to sleep on the floor, forget it!

매우 훌륭해요 Room small but well organised, staff at reception very helpfull, even with language barrier it was well sorted with translation gadgets, breakfast buffet small but well executed, miniature omelette was a surprise well presented and tasty bakery was appreciated

매우 훌륭해요 Delicious breakfast. Staffs are very nice and helpful. They helped my friend switch to a better room when it’s available, also helped find his lost phone after checking out. Room is clean and spacious. Able to travel anywhere in Tokyo using Hamacho station and a bus nearby.

They unnecessarily leave towels and toothbrushes on your door handle every day. It became a bit much and a bit frustrating.
They also cleaned the room one day and threw away some of my sanitary products that were new still in the box as well as the box that my razor came in. When i spoke to the front desk they said if i bought more sanitary products they wouid reimburse me....
