I would definitely stay again my next time in the city.

Great location. Room was clean, but definitely several areas of the room and property that could use repairs.

The property was very clean and the room was great. We looked forward to the rooftop restaurant, but that is not open to the public as we thought from their site. It is only open for private events so that was disappointing.

We awoke to homeless digging through trash cans, a running toilet, and my husband cut his head open on the corner of the tv. All within the first 30 minutes. We asked to have our sheets changed, and they said we put a do not disturb sign on when they did not clean the room. We asked for a manager and was told one could not be reached until Monday morning. When I finally did speak with a manager, she said all she could do is file a report and that management would have to decide how to proceed. We wanted some kind of compensation for the inconveniences and injury.

Everything in the hotel was perfect. It was in walking distance to so many attractions, stores, etc. Every interaction from staff was warm, kind, and friendly. We’d definitely recommend the hotel to all. When we make it back to Chicago, we’ll be back without hesitation.

The concierge was amazing. We LOVED this hotel. Definitely will be back
