The staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming. I arrived at the hotel around 6:30 a.m. after a rainy early-morning flight, and although it was much too early to check in, one gentleman kindly showed me to a quiet restroom where I could freshen up. His thoughtfulness and kindness truly touched me. I didn’t get the chance to ask his name, but I would like to sincerely thank him.
The early check-in fee of $50 was absolutely worth it. The only downside was that the room did not have a refrigerator. However, the outstanding service and genuine care from the staff made my stay a very positive experience.

The elevators are very small and very slow. Had to wait 10 min for one. Also one of the elevators weren't working, so it took even longer.
We did not like that our room was right in front of the elevator. You can hear people talking while waiting. The breakfast wasn't good.
I was told the rooms could not maintain microwaves, but they should at least had a small fridge in them. It wasn't convenient that we had to go to another floor to get ice.
