Yo reservé otra habitación ya estando ahí, y me cambiaron de habitación, pero la cama estaba sucia cuando me iba a dormir, como que no hubieron cambiado las sábanas. Todo lo demás estuvo bien.

Todo estuvo bien todo. Pedimos ina noche adicional y si había espacio pero me cambiaron de habitación. Entonces nos fuimos al primer nivel en la noche que queríamos dormir la cama estaba sucia con tierra, como que no cambiaron las sábanas del huésped anterior.

We had a wonderful stay! The rooms were spacious, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the location was excellent. Having a coffee machine and fresh pastries available all day was a fantastic bonus. Everything was super clean, and the staff was absolutely superb.

Will stay here again

To ge to the lobby you have a flight of stairs, if your room is in the first floor you will hear everything. Amd it will be impossible to sleep in the morning. The building is small so the bathroom, coofe machine and staff cleaning supplies are all in the same hall so as soon as they start working at 8 in the morning they will wake you up. Good location, close to everything and very convenient.

Good location. Room made in intermittent buzzing sound every 1.5 min. Shampoo bottle in shower was empty. Also the shower started dripping in the middle of the night. We stayed in 4 different hotels in Italy and thus is the only one that didn't include breakfast.

Amazing hotel. Terrific staff who were very friendly and helpful. Excellent location in the heart of Rome and walking distance to many sites like the Trevi fountain, Spanish Steps, etc.. Highly recommend the hotel.

Had an attic room with just a small skylight, so not one for you if you like a lot of natural light. Room furniture a little basic and dated. Bed clean and comfortable but you’ll be sleeping under the roof rafters so watch your head when getting in and out of bed! Don’t bring a lot of luggage as the lift was only comfortably big enough for one person, a carry-on case and an underseat bag. No restaurant or on-site food facilities, so you’ll be looking for breakfast elsewhere. But a good location, helpful staff, free soft drinks in the mini-bar in the room and Nespresso coffee machine on the ground floor next to the ‘Mirror Lounge’. I would stay again.

A clean, very spacious, air conditioned apartment in a former 19th century palace in a great location. It has a large living and dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 large bedrooms with king beds, one of which has a full marble bath with sauna. Also, an upstairs bedroom with 2 twin beds and full bath. Lovely frescoes on the ceilings! The main desk is a few minutes away in the hotel Vite. Very kind, helpful staff.
