The studio room was just adequate for two adults. Having a toaster wound be useful otherwise it was equipped with the minimum. Toilet roll was useless and cheap very disappointing! Communication was not a strong point with the staff👎

Fantastic apartment, spacious and clean. Beautiful location

This hotel is nice. We stayed in a basic room. There is no housekeeping service for the time we stayed which was 3 nights. The little freezer compartment was iced over and we couldn’t fit anything in it. So we got no new towels or amenities for 3 days. When we came to check out at 9 am when the office opened the man at the desk said the credit card machine wouldn’t be online for 15mins. We needed to go so we left credit card details to be charged, a different card from the original deposit card. Today we find the original card has been charged and for the full amount, even though a one third deposit was paid. I found the staff member on the desk to be quite flippant when dealing with him and didn’t seem to care much. If the credit card machine isn’t online for 15 minutes then turn it on 15 min before you open up at 9am.

I wouldn't rate the overall accommodation and amenities as 4 star accommodation.

Room was very clean and very good facilities, booking in was prompt and staff helpful, looking forward to my next stay.

Fabulous place to stay, far exceeded our expectations.

Lovely location. Good access to Caves House restaurant.
