This hotel had everything I needed, I was happy with the room and facilities. I loved the gym and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I like the location of the hotel and the cafe outside was also wonderful! I missed early checkout by my own mistake but they were very understanding and charged a short fee.

Clean room, excellent location,

Great location for sight seeing, dining, drinking and there was a gym on site…

On arrival staff were polite and friendly, the room was ready early so we got in at 11am instead of 2pm which was very much appreciated. Room was compact but perfect for our need and spotless. Bathroom was very nice and a powerful shower. Only issue is the heat was overwhelming even with the radiator off? But we just cracked the window open and was fine. Very impressed and would definitely stay again. Very thie

Location was fabulous and having 24hr reception was really helpful! Staff were lovely and helpful.

Lovely place to stay

4 nights stay in May 2025. NOT AT ALL the room showed on Expedia so I was quite disappointed given that one of the reason I chose that hotel was for the layout of the room advertised; my room was ok and confortable. This hotel is great if you wish to use the gym facilities which are exceptional. Except that the noise is way to loud when classes are conducted with music but it was quiet after 9pm. This hotel is not ideal if you want to rest during the day or early evening. Very poor insonorisation; you hear everything from the room beside... 15 minutes walk to old city. Transit very close, 5-8 min walk on either side of the hotel. Couple of convenience stores, restaurants and coffee shops around. Not suitable for family/young children, seniors, business trips but could be very ideal for gym-goers travellers. Poor internet sometimes. Frankly, this is a gym that offers rooms to rent and it should be advertised as such by Expedia.

This was a brilliant room and location for walking around Krakow easily . The room was clean and bed very comfortable. Wonderful and powerful shower too.
