Even though the rooms were small the layout design works. The rooms were very clean.

3rd time staying in a APA hotel so everything was standard and as expected. Room sizes always a little tricky as I’m tall but bed was comfortable and I didn’t have to curl up into a ball, will say the tv was too big for the room. A little bit off the beaten path but good transport links, lots of restaurants, supermarkets around, walked over the bridge and found myself at Ryogoku Kokugikan which is always good.

All the staff were very sweet and helpful even with the language barrier I had. The rooms are clean and they provide many amenities like razor, q tips, comb, cotton pads, toothbrushes, etc. There are many convenient stores and restaurants nearby, it’s a quieter area so you don’t have to worry about noise. Train station is only a 10-15 min walk.

The lakeside was very nice to look at, less busy and congested than central Tokyo. Staff were able to speak English which helped with providing me with better assistance

Perfect place to stay.

Not the most convenient location for most of the activities I was in Tokyo for, but worked well in a pinch as a last minute booking.

The room was in excellent condition. I had a great experience in this hotel. I cannot say enough nice things about my customer service and how friendly everyone was. I would definitely repeat stay in the future.

I didn't choose this hotel because the shopping..I wanted to have a place away from the crowds!! Will stay again 👍
