The property itself was amazing and incredibly beautiful plus it felt like there was also an abundant amount of privacy. But the arrival (not knowing you arrived by boat) was not nice. The tide was out and suitcases needed to be brought to shore (which I did by myself) not fun. Besides of the lack of knowledge of arrival requirements, the place was quite lovely. LOTS OF MOSQUITOS, so bring spray.

Absolutely stunning hotel with a 100/10 view from our beachfront room balcony. The scenery was breathtaking, and the property itself is beautiful. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Special mention to the lady at the front desk during check-in, who was so warm, welcoming, and always had a smile on her face. The food was amazing. The Gang Som was hands down the best I've had and was definitely a highlight of the trip. The only downside was the large number of flies in the restaurant. It was quite annoying during both breakfast and dinner, and I hope the hotel can find a solution to improve the dining experience. Another area for improvement is the boat transfer management. As many reviews have mentioned, the boat ride costs THB 800 per trip. At checkout, there were already four of us waiting (our group of two and another group of two). The staff informed us that more guests would be checking out soon, so we waited for an hour, but no one else came. If complimentary ferry service isn't possible, better coordination of boat transfers would be greatly appreciated. such as grouping departures around common checkout times such as 11 AM and 12 PM could help guests avoid long waits and unnecessary costs. Other than these points, everything else was 10/10. I would highly recommend staying here, especially if you're travelling with a larger group, as sharing the boat transfer makes it much more convenient and cost-effective.

Everything was perfect until you try and leave the property. I checked out at 12 and went the long tail boats. They told me since I was only one person that I needed to pay 800 baht to go to Ao Nang. I did not want to pay 800 to go around corner so I waited for more people to come but no one showed after 1 hour. I finally decided to walk thru the jungle trail with my luggage to Railay beach where there are more people. There, the boat captains were pushy and rude and asking for 200 baht even though there were 8 people on the boat already. Now I’m on 2 hours of just trying to get off the island. The hotel really needs a private transfer back to the mainland at least at checkout and checkin times, for people that are guests of the hotel to avoid these debacles. The property is absolutely incredible and the staff is amazing but the private long tail captains take advantage of the situation and try to overcharge and make it difficult to get back to the mainland.

Tinidee Hideaway Railay honestly felt like the definition of escaping from the world for a few days. The beachfront bungalow was incredible — waking up to that view every morning genuinely never got old. The whole setting is stunning, with jungle behind you and the beach right in front, so it feels peaceful and tucked away from the busier tourist areas. The staff were absolutely lovely throughout our stay; friendly, welcoming and always helpful. The restaurant food was also really good and very reasonably priced considering the location. There was always bottled water stocked in the fridge, and the hotel provides a water purifier too, meaning you have a constant supply of safe drinking water One thing worth knowing before booking and this isn’t a criticism of the hotel at all, just something travellers should be aware of is that the resort is only accessible by boat. If you want to head out to other areas regularly, you’ll realistically be paying around 800 baht for a private boat transfer unless you’re happy waiting around for others to share with, which we found didn’t happen very often. Also… the mosquitoes are NO joke because of the jungle surroundings 😂 Bring strong repellent with DEET unless you want to become dinner yourself. One recommendation for anyone staying here: definitely explore the little local bars and restaurants just behind the resort via the road alongside the cliffs. Places like Mama’s Chicken gave us some of our favourite meals of the trip

Just WOW! I was expecting it to be amazing but it was beyond my expectations, it’s a very special place. The staff are so friendly and super helpful. As soon as we landed off the boat onto the beach with our bags we were picked up and taken to the lobby no questions asked, it wasn’t very far but it was really appreciated. The pool was very clean and just perfect to chill out. We ate at the restaurant which was great, only critique was that it takes a VERY long time for them to make cocktails. They tasted great though… and they don’t do room service which I think for a small place like this could have been a really easy addition that we would have massively appreciated when it was a stormy night, even if it was just drinks.

Beautiful quiet resort with a great view, great staff, good food and everything is good here. Will stay here again as it is very peaceful and beautiful grounds.

Everything was excellent, could not fault it. One of our best hotel stays ever.

Breakfast was tasty but same everyday. Vegan option available upon request - vegetable fried rice… every day. Reception staff is nice but useless - they delayed our departure with long check out and only offered travelling advice when we were leaving.
