Great stay at this hotel

We stayed 3 days in this hotel while visiting Mount Fuji on our first trip in Japan. Everything was perfect, clean and inviting. The staff is charming, prompt to help anytime you ask them. (We needed to know more about the luggage transfer service). We loved our room as much bigger than our Tokyo one. The breakfast was delicious and generous in a spacious area with a view to a beautiful forest, the hotel surrounding is lovely with many traditional residences. Yet the hotel is only 2 minutes of walk from the main bus and train station. I highly recommend

The room is average. Bathroom smells very bad and I think the bottom of the bathroom is empty. The breakfast was pretty good. The area of the hotel itself located is too ghetto for me.

Over my whole trip across Japan in the two week time. This hotel was by far the best overall. They covered all the bases as far as having a good breakfast with lots of variety. The room was clean and comfortable and provided everything I required. It met and exceeded my expectations pretty much across the board, and the staff were very helpful plate and kind. Checking in and checking out was easy as well as keeping back safe before check-in or after checkout. They take your bags into a secure area and issue you a number to return to retrieve your bags. I would highly recommend to other travellers looking to explore the area and call this home base. It is also extremely convenient that this hotel is directly across the road from Fuji station (for your train and bus needs)

Breakfast at this hotel is not the best. Scrambled eggs on soy milk, susages and a bread not fresh! The pictures of the property mislead me!

Amazing breakfast, convenient walkable to Mt. fuji train and bus station. Quiet location with fantastic Fujisan view.

Breakfast was small but nice. Staff were very friendly. Our window wouldn’t close properly in our room but not a huge deal as it was warm.

My wife and I took the loft and let our two sons stay in the bed below. The bathroom was very quiet and the water was nice and hot. It was very convenient to the train station to the Pagoda and bus terminal back to Tokyo.
