The valet closed at nine, which is kind of a bummer as we had to park at the MGM other than that, the day was great would stay again

The room was in poor shape. Exposed outlets and items falling apart. The TV in the room looked like it was going to fall off the wall. The fridge had a terrible smell. Holes in the wall. Would I stay here, again? Hard pass.

I always start at this location. But this time was horrible from the room cleaning to the fact that the bedroom tv didn’t work and no one on the staff at the hotel or through Jet Luxury could fix. So many empty promises. I contacted the property owner with no response. I hope they could reach out considering the fact that I stay here every other month.

Excellent location. Casino is in walking distance. A lot to do a see. The room is beautiful and spacious

I have stayed at this resort once to twice a year since 2014. First time booking through Jet Luxury, and while almost everything was as usual one thing that I did not like and was a turn off was that all housekeeping needs were not met. The front desk and building house keepers do not assist. You need to get a hold of the company, which is nearly impossible because they run weird bankers hours and even at that you need to specify what needs to be done. I was there for four nights and they never changed the sheets even though I asked, I only got fresh towels twice and the other three times I was bringing towels from pool. They don’t empty the trash at all unless you specify that. Needless to say I won’t be booking through this host anymore.

The room are very clean. I love Jacuzzi❤️ Staff are very friendly specially George from Valet.

MGM Signature is one of my go to hotels. Love it, the hotel has everything I need while in Las Vegas. I normally get the 1bdrm suite with balcony. This is my 2nd time going through jet luxury which is great by the way, but the room was not cleaned very well it was trash under the bed ( empty bottles ) kitchen & master bathroom floor dirty.

Definitely better places to stay for the $$. We were only staying for the one night so it wasn't a big deal, but our room wasn't clean properly and it was loud. You can hear the pipes and plumbing everytime water was used and the heating/ac unit was super loud throughout the night. Stains and holes on the sofa bed.
