Great location and friendly helpful staff. Room was small and hard to keep comfortably cool.

The hotel itself was wonderful, but what truly made the experience exceptional was the staff. When I lost the key to my suitcase lock, the manager immediately stepped in and arranged for maintenance to help. Within no time, they were in my room and able to safely cut the lock off, saving me a great deal of stress. The team also accommodated an early check-in, which was greatly appreciated after a long journey. The rooms are stylish, modern, and incredibly comfortable, and the location is ideal for exploring the area. Great service can make all the difference, and this team went above and beyond. I would happily stay here again. We were there on our way to flam but would certainly do it again!

Excellent location, very clean and excellent breakfast.

Our room was so fun on the eyes! Spacious, comfortable, but the winner was the woman who ran the front desk. Friendly, helpful and so accommodating!

Interesting bathroom/shower!

One of the days I stayed was a local holiday, but it was not made clear that breakfast service that day would be later than usual.I was leaving early for a day-trip and had to go without the breakfast I had expected (& paid for).

Very nice and helpful staff. However, needed wheelchair access. Facility and room were doable, but not great. Would not stay again for this reason.

Boutique hotel in the heart of the city! Close to everything. Would highly recommend!

Room was very clean, but small. One elevator, can be busy, breakfast is included and it was excellent!
