The staff when checking in were extremely friendly and helpful. In addition, the entire hotel was very clean and well maintained. The beds like always at a Westin were fantastic.

Beautiful hotel and restaurant housed in the original Farmers and Mechanics bank building. The location is close to local professional sports stadium and courts.

Westin was a bad experience. Parking and getting checked in was a nightmare. While the staff was friendly, they weren’t helpful. Outside the hotel, streets and sidewalks were dirty.
Decided to turn a two night stay into a one night. Never could get a refund for the second night. Hotels says it’s on Westin. Westin says it’s on Hotels. I’m tired of trying. They’re both getting a bad review.
Rooms were clean and lovely however.

We had a pleasant stay at the Westin; however, there were a few opportunities for improvement. We were not given washcloths for the second day and the ice machine on our floor didn't work. In addition, the property did not offer typical Westin amenities, such as the toiletry kit (with makeup remover, cotton balls, q-tips, etc.) that I am accustomed to receiving. I select Westins because I know that I won't have to bring these items on my trip. In all, it was a good stay.
