Kyle, who was covering front desk was very helpful, attentive to details, did an outstanding job! He deserves a raise. :)

Hotel people all very kind and helpful aircon in the room is very strong . Mall which has got everything you need is just next door. ——— Issue is the noise outside but It is to be expected given the location And u won’t hear it once you are inside ——— Also you enter into an aircon-less floor then use an aircon-less elevator to get to the aircon-less check in area . This is the hotel trying to cut cost so you can pay less . ——— Don’t expect too much from the buffet . Better spend your extra $8 by going to the adjoining mall or street vendors. Overall , I think it was a great experience . My spoiled brat of a son didn’t even complain! Thanks to the staff for their warmth and kindness.

Will recommend the place to my friends

Great location in Chinatown. Right next to Lucky mall.

Hotel was very accessible to shopping area and restaurants...hotel rooms and amenities needs improvement....

The room was alittle old

Just ok. Very simple hotel nothing special but the staff are very nice. Hotel needs some improvement/maintenance.

Ist room, the batroom sink was leaking.. then we were transferred to the different room, water on the shower head was so messed up, water was spraying on the wall.

..

Hotel has seen better days but has not been maintained. Furniture not maintained with peeling paint. Paint in room had puffy paint probably due to water seepage. Broken bathroom fixtures. Leaking pipes. Moldy stuffy smell
