This hotel is a gem. Really nice, spacious and modern rooms. Comfortable beds and pillows. The room has everything you could want with the location being perfectly close to town. The lobby area is really nice. Grocery store about a minute walk to get waters or whatever you need which was super convenient.

The James has a great location and a great team. Their underground parking is very convenient, but is not suitable for large cars. Smaller cars have no problem.
Staff was great, the room was a real treat, well appointed and very clean.
Breakfast was super, too much to take in, but very well presented.

Fantastic stay. Hotel is lovely. I stayed in a superior room, and it was nicely sized and very comfortable. Well positioned with the old town and most sights being very walkable. I also enjoy all the little touches - the chocolate on the pillow on check in, the cold mineral water in the fridge and even a refresher towel on check out. I would definitely stay here again if I’m ever back in Colmar.
