Todo estuvo bueno le falta hacer más shows durante el día , y le falta una Discoteca pero todo estuvo súper bueno la limpieza y la comida todo bien . Lo recomiendo muy bonito y las habitaciones súper!

La habitaciones huelen mal , las personas solo t tratan según la propina le des , si no das propina o la das antes del servicio te tratan mal , no regresaré

Room was clean and the staff was very good

It was overall a great trip for our family (2 adults and 4 month old). The room was spacious and they provided a crib (it did take sometime for this to arrive). The resort is well maintained, friendly animals on the resort, and the beach set ups were our favorite part. The dining halls and restaurants with pretty good food, you have to find the tastier ones over some average quality ones. The staff is overall friendly and helpful. Smoking is allowed pretty much everywhere which was inconvenient at times with our baby.

No good

The pillows in my room appeared dirty, which raised concerns about cleanliness. The bathroom is outdated, with visible rust and signs of poor maintenance. It would also benefit from a more professional paint job. Additionally, the La Hispaniola buffet requires immediate attention to its sanitation standards. During dinner, there were numerous flies throughout the dining area, making it difficult to enjoy the meal. I also observed flies landing on prepared food, which is a significant hygiene concern and detracts from the overall dining experience.

El hotel está bueno pero tienen q mejorar la atención al cliente y hay q caminar mucho no hay orden para montarse en los carritos todos te quieren caer en sima

The room was clean (was unaware I would be on the third floor) but I guess I got in my exercise. Bathrooms are modern and nice! Staff was always friendly and willing to help. Food was ok, restaurants fill fast so you have to book reservations EARLY. It is a HUGE RESORT. It’s a lot to do and see. We booked excursions each day so didn’t really get to take advantage of everything. Nightly entertainment was nice and drinks were great. I would recommend this hotel.
