This Condo is the best and only place I will ever stay at when in Hawaii. 2 blocks from the beach, major shopping and resturants, and garage for my rental car, just perfect.

The property was not that bad, but no one told us that there was a repair on the balcony, so we couldn’t use it. Even more we couldn’t open the balcony properly. Because of the repair, in the room was a lot of dust. We 3 times changed our parking spot, because of construction outside the building. Despite those problems the room was good. A lot of stuff that you need for a vacation. Chairs, boards, umbrella, beach towels. In the kitchen we had everything that we need. Even zip bags. If we were there after repair and construction, we could give it more stars

매우 훌륭해요 This is the only place I will stay at when I visit O'ahu Hawaii. This condo has everything you need from being 2 blocks away from Waikiki beach, to a kitchen with all dishware, to all beach needs including chairs, umbrella, etc, it is a locked/secure building, and it has a Garage to park you car for free!!! It is impossible to find all your needs and wants in 1 place but Tropical Studios does it, and perfectly. Beautiful, clean perfect!!

Our unit had an old through the wall AC that couldn't really keep the place cool. Excellent location, wonderful little makeup / dressing area, functional kitchen and assigned parking (a HUGE plus). This unit needs maintenance (the tub was leaking and Hawaii is in a drought and the tub soap dish was filthy) but was comfortable for a short stay for two people. We would stay here again, but it is not fancy and dated.

Excellent location for walking around Waikiki Beach area for meals, shopping and the beach. The free car parking was great. The room we had was in need of a new coat of paint on the walls and doors. Needs more bathroom supplies, we were only supplied with four bath towels and wash clothes for a 1 week stay. Excellent communication from the managing company.
