Had to move rooms due to some sort of bugs under mattress.

Room was clean but the shower was clogged. Asked about a market place for snacks and was told there were vending machines on every floor. My floor lacked one for snacks and the beverage one didn’t work. Checked a different floor, had snacks but could not get a water. Staff at front desk was helpful and provided water so staff gets 5 stars. Other than that ate at one of the restaurants and it was outstanding. Also great spot if attending anything at the Morton Ampitheatre. The only thing is you will have to deal with smoke. You can smell the s

Nice bathroom, not dirty but not super clean either. Ok for a quick one night stay.

Outside of building was rundown currently being renovated upgraded painted inside of the building was fine. Staff were very courteous. Food was good.

Hotel lobby smelled like smoke. Room was fine.

My toilet handle broke. But otherwise it was a nice place to stay. Casino was very crowded.

I felt like we were in Vegas. Very pretty and the food was delicious. Our room was nice especially the shower!!!!
