Good location from narita airport with excellent shuttle services. Staff is great also.

Room was clean and staff was nice. The pool was great. The hotel doesn’t smell good.

We stayed at this hotel two nights ago, and our room then was much nicer. Appears this room needs to be refurbished. It was much older and had a strange layout. The shower for did not close making everything wet when showering. Tried to do laundry again. Couldn't even get in to dry our clothes from the rain even after waiting four hours. The hotel should consider getting more units if they are so popular OR make it clear that you probably can't do laundry. We were told on the Expedia site that we'd get a welcome gift, but there was none except a Toothbrush.

We had a very enjoyable stay at the Novotel Naha. The room was comfortable and spacious, and we really appreciated that they were able to set up three twin beds for the three adults in our group, which made our stay much more comfortable. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices and was well presented. While there were fewer options for us since we don't eat pork, we were still able to find plenty to enjoy each morning. The only downside was the laundry facilities. They were extremely busy, and it took nearly six hours for us to complete one load of washing and drying because the machines were constantly occupied. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. Its convenient location, just about 15 minutes from the airport, makes it an excellent choice, especially for the last night of an Okinawa trip.

The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of delicious options, making it a wonderful way to start the day. The hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from the historic Shuri Castle, while still being close enough to Kokusai Street for shopping and dining. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable base for exploring Naha.

Everything was nice except sleeping area for a family of 5 is too small. There is also very little to store your belongings.

The view of the executive lounge was great. The food and drink selection was amazing during the cocktail hours but only non-alcoholic drinks was serve at the night tea hours, it would be perfect if dessert was served. Breakfast was great too.

For the upcharge on a club level room I would’ve expected a more spacious accommodation. Especially for two people to share. The beds were positioned close together instead of separate and only one person could reach the light fixtures for the whole room. The bathroom was very compact and for someone on the taller side such as myself(5’9), I felt very cramped.
