매우 훌륭해요 The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. They secured our transportation to the glass factory and the boat back to the airport. The dock was right at the hotel making our return trip very pleasant.
Rafael delivered breakfast to our room each morning. He was a great ambassador for both the hotel and Venice. Our food was fresh and hot, and he always had a smile.
I highly recommend this hotel for the location near major points of interest and the professional staff that strives to ensure you have a pleasant stay.

This was absolutely the best location. The hotel was lovely. Very clean and beautiful rooms. The best part was the breakfast included was room service every morning. Rafaele was extraordinary. He made our day. He was kind, welcoming and attentive. We will never forget how much he added to our stay.

Our stay was magical in the Casanova Suite. Perfect experience from A to Z. Great breakfast in the room with the amazing view of the ponte dei sospiri. Raffaele was great at the room service, very friendly.

We Loved our stay. Raphael was an exceptional host. We loved meeting his son Alejandro. It was an amazing comfortable experience.
Our son and daughter in law were married at Lake Como and we had our 14th Anniversary while in Venice. Gracie for your kindness and hospitality
