Clean room , good staff and amazing beach

Super dirty floors, especially in the bathroom at check in. Asked housekeeping to clean it and it was still very dirty after. Pretty worn down place. Food was not great.

We are regular visitors to Dubai and travel there every year. We’ve previously stayed at Zabeel Saray and Jumeirah Beach hotels, so we were expecting a similar high standard at Dukes The Palm. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed. The hotel is in desperate need of a full refurbishment. Our room had a strong smell of cigarette smoke, which made it unpleasant from the moment we arrived. Before our stay, I had been told via email that we would receive an upgrade, but this never happened. The sunbeds around the pool were old, worn out, and dirty, and definitely need replacing. We also found the staff to be unhelpful and uninterested in resolving our concerns, which only added to our disappointment. Overall, this was not the quality we expected based on our previous experiences in Dubai. Sadly, we won’t be returning to Dukes The Palm and would not recommend it in its current condition.

everything in this hotel is amazing. We had a lot of fun

Hotel room is very dated and dusty. Took 30 minutes to check-in. However, staff were kind and friendly.

All the service was very good. This is my second time staying there love everything I enjoyed everything.

The hotel was just ok, I was left at the service provided to me when I waited for 90 minutes for valet to bring my vehicle. They only offered options which doesn’t compensate for my loss. I am truly disappointed with the hotel and its management.

Absolutely a must stay, the staff go above and beyond for you and treat you like royalty. The breakfast is also incredible. That was my second time staying and I will be 100% be going back again

Overall the Dukes is an ok hotel - back in its day I can imagine it was a wow hotel However now it is looking dated Breakfast again was ok but for the price per person wasn’t worth it - They do well to cater for all nationalities but it’s chaotic The concierge guy was amazing and went beyond in trying to help me reclaim lost luggage.
