We had a fantastic stay at Mimaru Ginza. The hotel is very well located, with easy access to transport, shopping and plenty of great food options nearby. The rooms were exceptionally clean and came with great amenities. By Tokyo and Japan standards especially, the room sizes were very spacious, which made our stay much more comfortable.
The hotel staff were incredibly polite, friendly and accommodating throughout our visit. It’s an excellent choice for families, and the luggage forwarding service they offer made traveling around Japan so much easier and more convenient. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice location, safe and quiet. Rooms are a good size and fully equipped, only problem for me is the beds in Japan are a little too firm.

매우 훌륭해요 The room is very comfortable and have everything we need. As a family this is a great place to stay with great amenities with bunk beds and kitchen with everything equipped. I especially like that the shower and faucet and toilet are all separate so it’s easy for everyone to get ready. Mimaru brand is not cheap, but for family it is a great property for the money

훌륭해요 Very clean, convenient location for Ginza, several subway stations and the Tokyo train station. Rooms are good size for families with kids. There’s a laundry room. Overall very good but no atmosphere/character as it’s an apartment hotel with no bar or other amenities

매우 훌륭해요 Our stay at Mimaru Ginza East was wonderful. The room was spacious, clean, and perfect for our family of 4, two of which are teenagers, which can be hard to find in Tokyo. We especially appreciated having a small kitchen and dining area, which made it easy to relax after long days of sightseeing.
The location was excellent, close to multiple train stations, convenient stores, and great restaurants, while still being in a quiet area. It was easy to get to Tokyo Station, Ginza, and other popular areas. Loved having the Imperial Palace not to far as well, being able to use as a running route.
The staff were warm and friendly, willing to help answer any questions we had. We would definitely stay at Mimaru Ginza East again.
