The staff was very kind it was a refill water bottle station in the laundry room ( very nice by the way ) there was also a vending machine ( but didn’t have Coca-Cola ) the rooms were very clean and beautiful and you could also rent a lot of useful items . There were no corners to hit yourself ,safe stairs, and a map to see where you can eat food .

Here’s a polished review you can use for MIMARU Tokyo Ginza East:
We had a fantastic stay at Mimaru Ginza. The hotel is very well located, with easy access to transport, shopping and plenty of great food options nearby. The rooms were exceptionally clean and came with great amenities. By Tokyo and Japan standards especially, the room sizes were very spacious, which made our stay much more comfortable.
The hotel staff were incredibly polite, friendly and accommodating throughout our visit. It’s an excellent choice for families, and the luggage forwarding service they offer made traveling around Japan so much easier and more convenient. We would definitely stay here again!
