Very spacious flat. Washing machine was a bonus. Very clean and friendly staff.

A good location, conveniently located near the mall and all the amenities. The staff was very helpful and courteous and the apartment comfortable and large. A really good value for our stay in Dubai

Great spacious apartments, full of amenities and a great location. Very good for short and long-term stays with plenty of food and shopping within walking distance.

Great location, great suites and excellent service. Three weeks stay was really enjoyable.

We had excellent time at Adagio, everything exceeded our expectations. I will stay there again on my next visit to Dubai

Great

Even the refrigerator stopped working and spoiled our food, it was replaced and management provided complimentary meals.

Perfect place for family

We rented a 3 bedroom apartment, which also had 5 bathrooms. The living room, kitchen area were very spacious, the bedrooms were small compared to traditional US hotel bedrooms. The views were great. The staff was for the most part friendly. The apartment has a 24 hour grocery store nearby and an ATM in the building. The negatives were that the dishwasher did not work, the thermostat didn't work (we had to call maintenance twice - who responded very well). Bathroom has a water heater switch outside which was not explained during check in so we did not realize one had to turn the switch on to get hot water. One of the maintenance staff left our room open while we were out, which was not cool. The hotel is near a metro, but we never used it, so Ubers were the norm and its really not close to anything except the Emirates Mall. One of the reception staff (lady) was not very helpful, rest of staff was good. Overall docked one star for the negatives, but otherwise good property.

The property and furniture is very dated. Carpet is dirty and stained. Sofas also need updating. Good value for money, but not the best quality.
