We stayed at this hotel for three nights. Our room was relatively small for a hotel room. It met our basic needs of a bed and shower, but I'm not sure if stay here again.

The pool is very tiny. Good luck finding parking and the staff do not help you even when you ask some questions. And the breakfast is advertised that you get bacon was there for a whole week not once did we get any

Overall it is a great hotel. Close to Niagara Falls and other tourist attractions. Breakfast was delicious and the parking lot was the cheapest among other hotels around.

This hotel is very good located. You can leave your car (the hotel will charge a daily fee) and walk towards the Clifton Hill area in approx. 15 minutes to experience al the awesome activities. Uber is available if you do not want to walk. We paid 7 can dollars to get back to the hotel from the falls. Worth mentioning is the included breakfast which is amazing. Ms. Shanniqua from the front desk showed us and helped us understand all the great locations worth visiting in the area. She takes her time and verry attentive communicates with you. Truly an sweet lady.

For the price I paid this property was amazing. It was clean. Breakfast was great friendly and I would definitely book this again if I in the area.

To start, the matters in my room was hard as a rock. Might as well have just slept on the floor compared to this mattress. I hope all the rooms aren’t like that but wow it was horrible. Other than that the hotel was ok. A little dated and could use some upgrades ( bathrooms especially, and shower).

Comfort Inn in Ottawa East last weekend only charged $14. per night for our pet and the parking was free. Same breakfast and room was wonderful, on the ground floor because we had a pet. Comfort Hotel in Niagara charged $40. per night for our pet and parking was $20. per night. Same breakfast and room was on the 2nd floor which made it inconvenient to take our pet out for bathroom breaks. This is the email I received: Dear Jackie Leger, Greeting from Comfort Hotel! We will allocate a room that is pet-friendly for you. All pet-friendly rooms are located on the main floor only; please be aware that we only allow dogs. We charge $40 per dog per night, up to two dogs per room, and up to 40 LB per dog.
