Great place to stay for a Mt. Fuji hike

Everyone was kind. Cleanliness excels my expectations. The location is by a bus, 7/11, and an amusement park. Just anazing!

We stayed here to go to Fuji Q for the day. The hotel room was huge. We had a family room with four beds and a mountain view. We saw Mt Fuji both mornings so that alone was worth staying out near Fuji. The dinner buffet was very expensive but good. The breakfast buffet had very very few Western options. Sadly the Onsen was closed. They offered us one 30 minutes away. But we didn’t want to go through that hassle. Overall the employees are nice and the room was our largest in Japan by far!

Staff was great. Just disappointed with all the construction and power outages so we couldn’t use all amenities. The amusement park needs more maintenance and gardening care. The shuttle was good but wished more connections with local festivities and programs and run longer in the evening for peak hotel season.

All the staff were so kinds and friendly. Breakfast had lots of options we really enjoyed it. We could see the Mt. Fuji from the restaurant and our room and it was just beautiful. There were two restaurant and food was amazing. We highly recommend everyone to stay here. You won’t regret it.

The onset was closed on property so unfortunately we didn’t get to experience it. The room was good size and excellent view of Mt Fuji.

Everything was excellent, from the staff to the amenities to the food. The view of Mt Fuji from our room was extraordinary. We are a short walk from Fuji-Q Highlands AND we got early entry as hotel guests, so getting on Eejanaika before a line formed was perfect. The onsen is nice (but crowded) and free for hotel guests. The free breakfast buffet was amazing too. The highway bus to Tokyo will pick us up at the hotel, so transportation is super convenient as well.

We loved staying here! Our favorite hotel of our entire trip and we were only there one night! The view of mt Fuji was amazing from the front of the hotel!!! The staff were so helpful too. We were confused by how to access the closest train station, and one of the staff walked all the way outside to show us exactly where to go. He was so so sweet! Also, our room was nice and spacious. Which I feel like is hard to find in Japan! The room was very clean! We were able to get a massage at the spa as well and that was amazing!! The prices felt very reasonable (compared to america haha) The only thing that was hard is it felt kinda hard to find a taxi or uber from here. If you can figure out the route to the nearest train station/bus that will help a ton to get to all the fuji attractions! 10/10 would stay here again!!

Absolutely loved my stay, the views of Mt. Fuji from my room was unreal and the room itself was beautiful, huge and clean loved it.
