Balcony a stand out. Very big with good views of the river. Buffet and food in general is very good. Staff services are okay. Location is a little north of the centre and a bit of a walk to ATM's, central area..

Our first night was awful. For a 5-star hotel, we expected the toilet to work right. We had to switch rooms. When I told Billy we had an amazing stay in Hội An at a 5-star resort, he said Novotel is different, it's just a business hotel. But that shouldn't matter. Anyway, we'll pick a different place to stay next year.

Novotel Da Nang is a superb hotel , well trained friendly staff who go out of their way to be helpful The level 4 pool is fantastic The breakfast is the best of the best , catering for multi cultural diverse cuisine, so many choices Level 20 has magnificent views from good sized room with generous balcony

Staff was very nice and helpful (Linh was the one who helped us most of the days). Room is clean, spacious and cleaning staff clean the room every day. Our room is an apartment style with kitchen and washer/dryer machine. Breakfast is very delicious and many variety.

We stayed at the Novotel Danang Premier Han River for one night, and the highlight of our stay was watching the fireworks from the rooftop Sky36 bar. We’re from Vancouver, so experiencing something like that was incredibly special and honestly one of the coolest parts of our trip. Staying at the hotel made it so convenient to enjoy the show without having to deal with the crowds. The room was clean, comfortable, and the shower pressure was excellent. The property itself is a bit dated and could benefit from some renovations. Our shower curtain was noticeably dirty, and when we mentioned it to the staff, they were extremely kind and quick to offer a solution. We ultimately decided not to pursue it since we were only staying one night, but we really appreciated how seriously they took our concern and their willingness to make things right. As a larger hotel, don’t expect the same personalized hospitality you might find at some of Vietnam’s boutique hotels, but the staff were still friendly, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, the rooftop fireworks experience alone made our stay memorable, and the hotel’s location and convenience were major advantages.

Great hotel, Billy was great and very helpful. Only negative was not close to resturants or ATM machine.
