Shower had mould around bottom of walls, we pushed bed against wall to have more room and under there was toenails and a pill on floor. Next door was the laundry that had no slow release mechanism on the door which kept banging every time door opened, when people were doing washing. Good at venue and staff were very friendly though.

The room was okay it was clean, pillows need refreshing as there feathered out and I did not get the wifi password but that’s ok as I was there for one very short night, ohh and the check in manager lacked customer service.

Slow with booking in and door locked 2nd night.

The beds were comfy The staff were helpful There were dogs outside the room in a trailer belonging to another guest and they barked all night. I dont think dogs should be allowed if they continuously bark

Th room was clean and good for the price. The shower was only warm. The room photo in the booking app wasn’t the same as we were given. When I questioned the room allotted I was told that it wasn’t the correct room photo. I had taken a snap of the room I booked and when I showed the receptionist she said we could change rooms the next day. The area isn’t the greatest but we knew that and it was close to where we needed to be for a sports event. However we were not expecting a police raid on a nearby room at 6am, which was quite unsettling. Nothing from the staff, no apology! Reception closed at 5pm and, as we were checking out early the next morning, I went to ask about where to leave the key..the door was open but nobody in sight..it was before 5pm.

It’s away from the road and has blackout curtains. The staff are friendly and tried hard to make us feel welcome. The room was clean. The free drink ( house beer, wine, soft drinks or coffee) was a lovely surprise

Room was clean and location was good. Pretty easy access to the motorway and where i needed to be. Only downside was arriving at 4pm the reception was already closed and you have to access through the pub area. Not knowing this i had all my luggage to carry through etc.
