Clean room nice staff beach view

I have stayed at this property before and it has been wonderful however, this past weekend for our stay our oceanfront room was the worst I have ever seen. The room was dirty and smelled of mildew. There were mouse droppings as well as dead bugs in the room. Outside on the balcony, there were dead lizards. The room was also not clean and the bathtub did not look like it had been scrubbed. It was also very hot at their complainant to the front desk. We got moved to a partial ocean view where they said they would refund the difference, however, this did not occur. I usually like the Anderson, but after this weekend I will not be coming back. For anyone else reading please take your hard earned money and spending it on one of the newer hotels on the strip.

Great location for center of city activities.

The lobby looks amazing and then you get to the room….one of the dresser drawers was broken and almost fell out, the light switches in the bedroom didn’t control anything, the cabinet door in the bathroom was broken, the water temperature was ridiculous in the shower, and I had asked for a white noise machine at check in and that as a long story of how I ended up getting one but not until the next night after a few texts and complaints where I was supposed to go pick one up and the girl had no idea what I was talking about and wanted us to stand there and wait for her to call her manager and I said to just send it up when she found it. Also, for the price they are charging not only should the rooms be in better condition, but they should have smart TVs not crappy ones that don’t even have the correct tv guide channel. I will definitely not be back.

We checked in at 1:30 am in the morning from the airport and was told there is no late check-out's on the weekend, so we had to be out by 10:00 am. I was anticipating 11:00 am, but 10:00 am is way early, so we had to hustle everyone with disrupted sleep quickly out. We did not get a chance to enjoy any of the amenities. For the price we paid for a few short hours of sleep was not worth it. The room was fine, although there wasn't a blanket for the Murphy bed, so we had to go back downstairs. Also, we waited 15 minutes for an elevator at the check-out time. One elevator was out of service and the other two were packed with people trying to check out.

Great location, very clean room with kitchen included (clean dish and cookware), plenty of room, washer/dryer was a bonus

Some bulbs in the dining room light needed replacement. Fan lights did not work.

Clean and friendly environment, this was my second time staying, will probably be back!
