Check in was straight forward and reception and concierge were really helpful. The room was a good size for three people and was clean. Breakfast was okay, not great. The swimming pool was out of use during our stay. Very convenient for the BTS skytrain and we ate out locally on an evening which was convenient.

Rooms are spacious but in need of update. The decor is starting to show some ageing. No kettle nor coffee/tea making facilities in the room. No hair dryer in bathroom. Our room had a musty smell and aircon temperature could not be adjusted. Breakfast is ok.

BEAUTIFUL Hotel with a STUNNING LOBBY.
Although you are unable to check in till 3pm there are plenty of space to work or relax in.
Breakfast was AMAZING and my room on the 15th floor had fantastic views.
Great gym and two swimming pools 😍
Highly recommend 😍

Excellent experience! The hotel was clean, well-organized, and very well maintained. Every area was spotless, and the attention to cleanliness was outstanding. The entire staff was friendly, welcoming, and professional. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job throughout our stay, and the breakfast was delicious with a great selection. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would happily stay here again.

The staff were not overly friendly, but it was fine as we didn’t spend much time there. The WiFi in the room was terrible. The pool area was nice though, the room was comfortable and the location is excellent, so convenient for the BTS line, which has an entrance directly from the station into the hotel. I’d stay again.
