Good for the price.

It could benefit from having staff to direct or assist guests to a third party shuttle service to Narita, not necessarily having in-house shuttle services. As not all guests flew in from Haneda, it would add to the appeal of the hotel.

If you're planning on getting to the flea market on a Sunday, a quick cab ride away takes you there.

From the start, I had a great check-in experience. The staff who checked us in were polite. The room was very clean with all the amenities u need. The airport shuttle driver was courteous. We had a great stay and recommend the hotels to travelers visiting Tokyo.

The charging stations didn’t work, and the pillows on the bed were too firm. On one side of the double bed, it was difficult to approach because it was very close to the window and the wall, which meant I had to disturb the person lying next to me. The elevators were slow, and I had to wait a long time. On the positive side, the staff was polite, and the cleanliness throughout the place was commendable. However, the air conditioning was only in the rooms, making the corridors hot

Hotel was clean and everyone on staff was very helpful

Access to the hotel was highly convenient at any time of day, whether it be very early or late in the night. Omori station was a 5 minute walk, which from there you can easily transfer to central Tokyo. There was a Lawson’s right outside the property, making food and other needs very accessible. The rooms were well maintained with consistent AC. Amenities such as toothpaste + brush, towels, combs, and razors were always refilled no matter what you used up. Pajamas were always new too. Staff were friendly and helpful, with an Airport shuttle service being available in the morning (maybe night too i forget). There was a breakfast for a fee there if none of the shops/Lawson’s nearby interest you. My only gripe is that hallways were hot, but that doesn’t matter as your room is cold. Overall a great hotel, you won’t be disappointed!

Great location , convenient transportation!

Room was clean and supplies were refilled everyday. Just does not have a lot of amenity like a gym. The airport shuttle was the best. The driver was helpful. I just wish I could get the number for the shuttle ride before checking out since our shuttle ride was not until 11:50am.

Great breakfast buffet. Nice room.
