Loved this property and the staff is excellent! Location is perfect for the old town and the mountains of Innsbruck!

Great hotel with great staff, and amazing location. Loved it!

Perfect place to stay in Innsbruck. We stayed at this property three years ago and made sure to stay there again this year.

Everything about this Hotel was excellent. We had a 3 night stay in Innsbruck and this hotel was wonderful to stay at. I would highly recommend it they go above and beyond in their customer service. We loved our hotel room. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. The only recommendation I have is that safe monitor the pool area a bit better to ensure that guests with children are not trying to bring their children into the pool area after 6:00 pm when it is only for adult use. The breakfast service was excellent, as well as the restaurant. I would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful location, amazing staff. I would just add a mini-frig to the rooms as travelers do have their own snacks and drinks they want to refrigerate.

Amazing place to stay, location is perfect and food is outstanding

Great location walkable to top attractions

Great hotel. Spa, room are great. Highly recommended.

Amazing stay and amenities.

This is my 2nd stay at the hotel. Helpful staff, very clean rooms and excellent breakfast. It is also very well located in this walkable town. Bus/ Straßenbahn is very close by. I’d happily stay there again.
