Room was very clean and staff was very helpful. Loved the in room amenities-convenient small refrigerator, table & chairs for relaxing, great hanging & shelf closet space, American power/usb access and convenient tub/shower & large counter space.

Location is great, walking distance to rail stations, Ginza stores/restaurants and to Tsukiji Market. Staff were helpful, room was clean, spacious and updated! There were restaurants in the hotel all with great variety, reasonable prices and good tasting! We highly recommend this hotel!

Nice stay in a nice area of Ginza, quiet location in the room and overall, a good place to stay.

What I want to tell people about this hotel is there staff in all areas are absolutely amazing in their service. They’re finding this an attitude very important when you’re paying good money so I felt the weekday while it’s expensive was well worth it. It was nice to meet and be greeted every day by nice people hotel facilities where I sent barring the fact they didn’t have a spa center so honesty room, which was disappointing for a hotel of this class. However, all the other amenities were excellent and including the restaurants.

Too hot inside. Hear turn up too high. Set the room to 20C but doesn’t do much. The halls and areas outside room is hot

Clean room. VERY helpful staff. The hotel is centrally licated for tour pickups. Also the Family Mart 7 eleven were close for getting necessities. The onsite restaurant was great too
