All good, pleasant staff and walkable to the metro and so on.

Clean room but there was a smell in the hallway.

We really enjoyed our stay here.

Easy to locate. Good price and good location. Room basic but clean and well organised. Secure parking so perfect if needed, expensive though. Easy walk to all areas of city. Staff very helpful and friendly. Nice restaurants and bars just around the corner. Only watch outs - if you have a room on the main road side of the building it is extremely noisy; no coffee making facilities in the room, need to take cups down to machine in reception.

TODO BIEN EN GENERAL

The hotel is is clean and modern and the staff are very helpful and polite. A great addition is the small kitchen area in the room with a fridge, microwave, hob and even a dishwasher. You are not reliant on going out for dinner if you have had a long day out walking and don't fancy going out to eat. There's a supermarket one minute walk from the front of the hotel. Great location for exploring the city. Plenty of bars and restaurants in the area. Twenty five minutes walk into the centre of Brussels to explore the old buildings and tourist attractions.

I was so disappointed when I lived in this property. I have been lived there for 10 days, only cleaned up the room once. At the second night, the toilet was stuck. I called the front desk to ask for help, but the lady said that nobody was here to clean the toilet until tomorrow. And then I said do you have any tools that I can use for cleaning. I could do that by myself and she said “NO”. Could you please change another room for us. She said “NO” again. I said the smell was horrible and how could I use the toilet during the night. She said you could go down the lobby to use toilet. Can you imagine I needed to go down to use toilet during the midnight. I don’t want to live this property anymore.

Very clean and nice apartment. Apartment had everything you needed.

The room was very clean and the kitchenette was well equipped. The reception area is very nice, and the staff were kind and helpful. The hotel’s location is close to the metro station and a fairly short walk to the old central area of Brussels. The grocery store was right around the corner, and very handy. All in all, it is a great hotel.

Great stay here, very close to Louisa metro station. Super comfy bed, good amenities and decent shower. It’s not the most modern or well looked after room but it did the job! The staff were super friendly and when we arrived at 10.45am we could check in, result! It was super easy to jump on the metro to go more central so definitely worth the slightly cheaper price tag as it’s just slightly further out.
