Breakfast was the same everyday. It got boring. No TV channels in room.

Our room was clean upon arrival however, the light in the shower was not working. It’s currently 12:30pm and housekeeping has not been by to clean our room after a long morning of walking the city. No microwave or refrigerator in the room, please make note if this is important to you. Breakfast is included and that’s always a nice touch. Overall, just okay. Not great. Okay.

Great location, the staff was excellent, and everything was very clean. Everything was perfect. I would definitely stay there again.

매우 훌륭해요 My brother and I stayed for over 5 days for World Cup festivities. Our first time in CDMX and so being close to the mall, banks, restaurants and shops made everything much easier. The staff could communicate to us in English and understood our limited Spanish. We will be learning more for next time. The hotel is wonderful the only thing being a slow draining shower. Otherwise we would definitely stay here again. Also the breakfast provided was delicious and mostly convenient.

The hotel is very well located, the staff is attentive, the room is comfortable, the breakfast is generally good, the only thing they lack, and it is essential for me to choose this hotel again or not, is that they have parking or an agreement with the plaza next door.

The beds are not comfortable, the frozen vegetables on eggs are bad. I don’t recommend the food in this hotel.
