This place is great. It has a very central location in the old quarter and the staff goes above and beyond to make you feel at home!

Our second time here passing through Hanoi and it was exceptional the first time so we booked it again. An even better room this time (though the first was great). The staff are just incredible, the staff training must be of a really high standard. I’ve raved about it all in a review when we stayed in June and alongside Jun and An Le there are so many other people working here that go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. The doormen are fab. It feels like 5 star but at a much more affordable price! Perfect location for everything and fantastic buffet style breakfast…so much choice.

I love this hotel: location, deco, food, friendly staff and more. The rooftop bar is one of the best in town. Within seconds you are already in the actions of Hanoi for shopping and dining. A very nice boutique hotel.

This hotel is so great we added extra nights. Fantastic location in the Old Quarter and near to everything. It’s the best welcome to a hotel we’ve had anywhere in the world…June and her colleagues and the doormen are amazing. They brought us drinks, carried our bags, checked us in a couple of hours early and June showed us to our room and advised on us great places to visit. Amazing service. Very pretty room with a very large incredibly comfortable bed, bedding and pillows. A safe in the room and hairdryer, kettle etc. The breakfast was included and is served buffet style in the in-house restaurant…so much choice and loads of fresh food and a beautiful looking space. We also ate in the restaurant at night ‘The Red Bean’, great menu, great food, great service from Cho. The rooftop bar is an attractive space, again great staff, great design and fantastic views across the city. This hotel was recommended to me by a London friend who stayed here, I’m now going to recommend it to everyone, it’s so good.

Magnifique séjour en plein cœur du vieux Hanoï, personnel attentionné le resto est excellent aussi! Un peu cher, par rapport à tous les autres restos dans le Vieux Hanoï, mais très bon et climatisé, c’est un grand plus!!!

This hotel has a great location with walking distance to everything. The staff is very attentive and goes out of their way to make sure you enjoy your stay. We used the spa for massages and it was great. Additionally, the breakfast was great.

We loved staying at La Siesta Ma May in Hanoi. We can't image enjoying another hotel in The Old Quarter as much. Ms. An Le was exceptional and should be cherished by hotel leadership.

We had a wonderful stay at La Siesta Classic Ma May and would happily return. The location is excellent for exploring the Old Quarter, and the rooftop bar is a real highlight with fantastic views across Hanoi. On one evening the atmosphere was slightly affected by a small group of guests playing their own music, which the staff appeared to find difficult to manage, but this was very much the exception rather than the rule. The breakfast was very good, with plenty of choice and consistently high quality. What really sets this hotel apart, however, is the staff. They were warm, attentive and genuinely caring throughout our stay. In particular, when my wife became unwell and we needed to extend our stay by an extra night, the team could not have been more helpful or accommodating. Their kindness and professionalism during a stressful situation made a real difference. A lovely hotel, but most importantly, a lovely team. Thank you to everyone at La Siesta for looking after us so well.

Great location, right in the heart of Old Quarter. Lovely and helpful staff. Restaurant food was delicious.
