Staff was not able to help during stay for extra bed. On expedia, it was showing us that 3 person can easily sleeps on king size bed. But hotel staff want us to pay extra for one more kid. Which was absurd . We paid extra for that. Overall experience for property was nice including rooms and food.

Great Relaxing Place for staycation

This is a truly beautiful hotel with amazing views over the lake. The staff were so friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. We’ve stayed in 7 different 5 start hotels in different cities on our travels in India and this is by far the best. Make sure you take the time for a swim with a view of you go here.

Hello must stay very good location and good staff but initial check in was horrible the front desk girl was so bad later manager did take onus and for the room as per the requirement but first impression was bad and marriage was there which was not listed so was disappointing

Beautiful, quiet location and the 3 restaurants were all great. But the hotel itself is quite dated and not as clean or comfortable as you'd expect from a 5 star property.

Sukhmani and Kanchan, provided great and ease in checking in and checking out. Food is truly authentic Indian and tastes absolutely great. Urban tadka is great place to eat, excellent service. Manish provided above and beyond five star service. Suresh is another one with excellent customer experience. Chef Hamendra of urban tadka is amazing, kudos to him for having such an amazing buffet with variety over the days. Pizza by the lake is also amazing. All pizzas here is authentic, very nice ambience and seating by the lake. Frangipani by the lake, what a bar again amazing views!! Loved our stay here, ended up extending our stay by another day!

Great location with clear views of Fateh Sagar Lake if you have a lake view room or from the courtyard. Loved staying here for 2 nights. I was also fortunate to taste the authentic Rajasthani thali which was delicious. I would stay here again :)

Breakfast menu was good. Hotel staff is very courteous. Rooms are clean. Spa hours are not good for tourists as they are only open 10 to 6

Very relaxing spa treatment. Welcoming and friendly staff specially Taruna was very helpful and wonderful! View was amazing as well.

I think this hotel doesn't deserve a 5-star rating. We had 2 rooms booked and for both the rooms - toilet was dirty, AC had a bad smell. Upon reporting, they offered us a couple of rooms (according to them the only available rooms) which had similar issues and had to have their toilet cleaned and use room freshener to cover up bad smell. Their staff was not very well trained and some were even rude in the restaurant. With all this bad experience, their staff didn't show courtesy to make us feel that they were sorry for it.
