Lovely staff , great coffee , trains so easy to use in and out city. Get off train there's hotel. Great nightsleep

Close to train station, clean and comfortable room with working air conditioning, staff efficient and helpful, coffee machine in room. Bar & restaurant I did not use but looks good. Recommended.

I don’t usually complain about places, even when I’ve stayed for short periods. However, I wouldn’t really call this a hotel — it felt more like a roadside motel. At reception, the staff only spoke about the city tax. There was no welcome or even a simple “thank you.” Also, the city tax was higher than what was shown on the app. Yes, it is very close to the train station. However, getting back to the city takes around 30 minutes each way, and the transportation cost adds up quickly. We spent about €30 per person per day traveling back and forth between the hotel and the city, so that is definitely something to consider as well. The amenities were also very limited. The only good thing was that there was a coffee machine in the room.

Amazing hotel if you want easy access to Amsterdam and surrounding area as the train station is next to hotel. Will 100% stay here again when I visit.

Hidden costs and zero support. The hotel is okay, and the location is good, but the booking experience was a nightmare. Hotels.com showed an incorrect price, and I ended up paying more at check-in. Don't expect any help from their team, they never answer emails. Save yourself the headache and the money, book elsewhere.

Very convenient for train travel and walking

A very good overall experience. Excellent staff, small but nice room, and a 2 minute walk to the train station.
