Location is the best.

Maevellous location near all the amenities and English Bay. The staff was very helpful and kind but the kitchen could have used some love (dishes, etc)

Great hotel if you want just a bed for the night. However it does have a full kitchen hen which is fine. we did not use it but everything worked. Parking if you can get it is very tight.

Very dated, needs work, but clean, location is great, lots of restaurants near by - do have parking but only for smaller vehicles

This hotel is very conveniently located to enjoy the Stanley Park and English Bay Area. Easy to rent bikes, walk, and many restaurants. It can be noisy on the street side but that comes with the territory. You can choose a room on the back side for quieter experience. The rooms are spacious!! Great choice to enjoy Vancouver area.

Clean, smelled clean but old and outdated. Was ok for one night as a stopover. Not fancy or lots of extras or frills but in a nice location and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Paint peeling on ceilings and walls. Had a lot of freshener everywhere which seemed to be an attempt to cover up musty smell. No amenities except for coffee maker in lobby and washer/ dryer in parking garage. Staff was nice and helpful but room was not worth the money at all. Had a 24” tv old and broken tile and grout in bathroom. It was well kept but ran down and kind of nasty. Would not stay there again

Hotel is near convenient stores and bay. Kitchenette in the room was a plus. But way to the parking lot smells awful and filthy in the parking garage.

I stayed here for 3 nights and had no issues during my stay. The room was clean and included a kitchen, which was convenient. I had limited interaction with the staff since I was out exploring most days, but the front desk was always staffed and I felt safe as a solo female traveller. The rooms are a bit dated, but the location and price made up for it. Everything I needed was within walking distance, making it a great option for either a short or longer stay.

Excellent location. The hotel was an old apartment building converted to a hotel. It was old and tired .. Don't expect luxury accommodations .. yes,we had a one bedroom suite but it was old & tired & in need of renovation. AND .. The street below was full of patio restos with customers screaming & shouting until the early hours! The good news .. our 1 bedroom suite cost $400 a night for 3 people .. FAR cheaper than other nearby hotels.
