Clean room staff helpful friendly breakfast meat not so great... I checked out on the 12th I was charged on both my credit and card on file which I did make sure to inform 3rd party pay at property the manager did ask how would I like to pay he just went ahead and charged my debit card instead of what I was going to pay with fast forward he stated he did a reversal to charge choice of card but it did reflect now I have one charge for 582 and another charge for 502 I'm really upset I went for a funeral and to add to my distress really upset.

We were there for one night. When arrived we got upgraded to a king bed . When I spoke with staff and told them Expedia had indicated no Kong beds they indicated they had 6 beds. Milton upgraded us to the bottom floor with king bed and patio view. The room was good and spacious. They do have dinner options that you can pay for. We had a good stay and would come back again if we ever come to Oakland.
