매우 훌륭해요 The staff was great, the security and the morning building maintenance guy are awesome. Took care of our car and maintenance guy keeped the place up looking great.
I would definitely come back to this building if I return to the Kona side.
What i didn't like were the bugs that are all over the place. Specially at night.
Other than that. Our experience was awesome.

훌륭해요 Nice place to stay on the Kona Coast, unit was clean and it was nice having a washer/dryer in the unit. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, etc. The view from the Lanai was awesome. The only thing lacking was a sunset view, but it could be better in the winter months I would guess. Not much close by as easily walkable, as it is about a 5-minute drive to Kona area. Great place to base yourself for your stay, but rent a car, you will need it for sure. I put 575 miles on my rental car in a week. Be warned that it takes quite a while to get to most places outside Kona, as most of the island is 35 mph to 45 mph zones. Cheers & Aloha ...

Thought I had am ocean front room it wasn't more like ocean view but still an excellent view.
They definitely eork on keeping the place up I gave it 4 stars

There was several disruptions while staying there. They shut off the water unexpectedly twice, once without warning, but both times left my wing without functioning restrooms.
There was major construction during my stay without warning. Likewise they entered to spray for pests without my consent.
Nice property but very poorly managed…

We enjoyed a six night stay with our granddaughter (age 10) who used the sofa bed. The whole unit was very clean. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The staff was excellent with daily texts on what to do and how to get assistance. The pool area was clean and comfortable and the AC worked very well. The view of the coast is unforgettable.
