Great

Perfect location on the shuttle route to Monorail or Disneyland. The convenience store was great to grab a bite for the room. I bought my gifts in the Disney shop making so easy. Toiletries before elevators was nice each day. The room was spacious, wet room was convenient. Loved having a large counter and a sofa. Laundry services wasn't the best. Took forever to dry. I was grateful to have it though.

Helpful staff, however it's just a place to sleep nothing more. It's definitely dated from early 90s. With all of the bookings I'm sure many years ago it could have been updated by now.. price is not great

Wonderful hotel , great staff and service, exceptional place ..

It’s our fourth stay and we love the location convenience and family friendly ambiance. There was some confusion now that our little one is old enough for her own bed. Didn’t know we had an extra roll out bed until the day we left. Thankful for laundry, vending machines, convenience store and Disney store. Hope we can stay again soon!

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was on the small side but nicely decorated in a nautical theme and very clean. Elevators were quick and quiet. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection of delicious breakfast items, Japanese and Western. Easy access/transportation to the Parks, Entertainment, Dining & Shopping that the resort offers.

The stay was excellent. The staff was super nice and the amenities offered were great especially the store which stayed open after the park closed so you can get food since there is nothing close to there. My only issue was the times given for breakfast. I was told I only had 1 option for the second day of my stay but it didn’t open until 7:30 (and that was the time listed in my breakfast ticket) which didn’t work for me because I wanted to get to park early but it turns out it opened at 6:30 so I missed out on a breakfast because of that. Also the dryers werent working properly, and it cost me over 1000 yen to dry less than 1kg.

Good location to Disney parks, with shuttles to Disneyland and shuttle to the station to DisneySea, where you need to take the monorail 1 stop. You can also take the shuttle to Maihama JR station. I enjoyed the nautical theming of the hotel. The bed was comfortable for me.

Well maintained with a nice restaurant. We appreciated the shuttle bus to the Disney parks and the well stocked convenience store. The stars on the ceiling were a cut surprise. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
