Greta diligent staff and easily accessible to the train with a shuttle bus and the Disney parks.

Loved every second. Breakfast was great. Room was clean, transport to Disney was excellent

Clean room. however the air conditioning remote was hard to understand and our room was hot when we checked in.

Exceeded our expectations, well done!

The price was great. The princess theme room was adorable and my 7 year old loved it. The beds are twins but the frames have wheels so you can put two together to make one bigger bed. The hallways and the rooms had different princess items like a glass slipper, snow white’s apple, and the Beast’s Rose. The morning buffet was cheaper than the other hotels along the Disney Resort Line so smaller, but they still had a lot of great options. The convenience store was a life saver and the gift shop was great. The shuttle to Bayside Station came frequently.

Beds were very uncomfortable, thought maybe it was me; but woke up two days in a row with the most awful back pain that required hours before I was comfortable again. Had to pull out trundle bed to add on top of mattress to sleep comfortably. Both trundle mattresses were covered in pee stains understandable though.

Very convenient shuttle service to TDR and JR Station.

Excellent location

Great themed room and convenient for both Disney parks. Twin beds were ok but great.

Great
