It was a great stop-over hotel while traveling in Lisbon. Centrally located, easy to get an Uber or Bolt, close to area restaurants.

Excellent buffet breakfast with a wide array of choices. My personal favorites were the fresh fruit selection, scrambled eggs, bacon (more 'ham' style than Americans might be accustomed to). The espresso machine kept me caffeinated and the greek yogurt was very good, unsweetened which I really appreciate, and an excellent array of add-ins. Room was simple but well appointed with plenty of hot water from a rain-shower type head and really good steam ventilation. Enough elevators where we never had to wait for one. As is common in European countries the power in the room is only on when you are there (key card inserted to a slot near the entry door) but the AC was quick to cool the space and operated quietly and efficiently. Front staff was very helpful and offered is a nice little print-out of the Metro line with the hotel prominently displayed. Easy walking distance to the Metro station put us within walking distance of everything we wanted to do while in town. Recommended!

L’hôtel est bien localisé

Great property! Great location

Bonne localisation

Staff are nice

Overall, I like this hotel.

Pretty good central location and overall solid hotel with clean rooms.

Clean comfortable room

Property itself is well located and easy to get to. Staff are lovely. We went to the restaurant for dinner last night, worst meal ever! Choice of only 4 main meals, margarita pizza, duck and rice( chopped up duck with rice, no sauce, no veggies), spaghetti bolognaise or similar, and something else unappealing. Ended up choosing cheeseburgers- neither of us could eat them! Horrible meat patty, with a sweet sauce, and soggy tomatoes on a bun with cheese. No one else came to dine the time we were there, and didn’t ever see anyone in restaurant for evening meals- now we know why. So sad, as a decent meal is not hard to make, totally wrecked an otherwise good experience.
