We were only in town for one night but really enjoyed our stay on this sweet, well located hotel. The air conditioned rooms were a very pleasant surprise after a few nights in a smaller town. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. It was an easy walk from the train station and surrounded by many delicious restaurants. Would stay here again!

As a three star property we had mild expectations but were pleasantly surprised by how comfortable the hotel was. The location was better than expected too, as it was in the heart of the restaurant district and we ate somewhere different and good quality every night. The hotel was also close enough to walk to all Zürich’s major attractions, or be able to catch public transport if necessary.

I really liked how clear the directions were to to the hotel from the train station. The front desk staff was really friendly and kind upon our arrival. While waiting for our room, they provided cold water and a place to change/store our luggage. We were even able to get into our room early! The room itself was tasteful, comfortable and spacious. The location was excellent and the amenities were great (bed was comfortable, bathroom was spacious, there was plenty of room to store our things etc.) I found Hotel Adler online and wasn't sure how it would turn out...I would give this hotel 10/10 rating for it's charm, location and comfort. Highly recommended!

Very nice hotel in the middle of Old Town Zürich. The room and bed was comfortable and A/C was nice in the heat of summer. The hotel was a bit noisy but still very lovely. They also offer a lounge with free bottled water and soft drinks, which was really nice.

Clean room, friendly and helpful staff.

What I liked is the shop nearby, staff one the them friendly and helpful free bottled water cold. What I didn’t liked is the room smells like cigars I can smelled when I came from outside, flys in ceiling all the time and mosquitoes in every area also the breakfast the same things they didn’t change and it wasn’t that good

Had a lovely stay here. The location is great, close to all the dining options and about a 10 minute walk to the train station. Breakfast was nice and we were able to access free water and coke bottles (welcome in expensive Zürich) as there was a sporting event. The room itself was clean and modern. However I had an issue where there appeared to be a leak under the sink/around the toilet when I first checked in. The staff were very helpful but in the end said it was unlikely to be a leak, placed towels and left. I would have preferred to have been moved to another room. And a few days later I noticed water appear again so I was right in thinking there was a leak!
