Staff, breakfast and clean room

The location is not ideal. Impossible to find parking during the weekend. There is a market place that takes over parking lot in front of the hotel on the weekends! Even the cab driver had to stop on pedestrian walkway just to let us take our suitcases out. No decent restaurants around the area. Not a clean area around. The breakfast options were wonderful. The toilet is separate from the bathroom and always smells like sewer.... I am highly surprised it's rated as a 4 star hotel. 2.5 or 3 at best.

Clean spacious rooms which did what did we needed for a 2 night stay. Rooms and bathrooms were clean. Would recommend

I had a great time in Paris, and overall, I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist. The location was not my favorite. There is a market directly in front of the hotel, which can make it difficult for taxis and Uber drivers to stop and pick up guests. The Wi Fi connection was quite poor during my stay, although I noticed this seemed to be a common issue in several places throughout Europe. Despite these minor inconveniences, I had a pleasant experience and would consider staying here again.

If bigger space is priority. This is the best. Location is a drawback. Amenities aren't that great. Rooms are cleaned daily. Haven't interacted much with staff. They don't always answer the reception line.

Check in process took ages, i think they are short of staff, we had stayed at the hotel for 4 nights and 5 days, and every time when we were leaving the hotel or coming back, we saw a queue of people waiting to be checked in, I think they need to increase the staff presence or maybe coach the current staff to be more efficient as they current one, especailly the bald guy is very very laid back and i can certainly say that he doesn't even like to lift a finger as when asked for a bathroom key he said i have to wait to be checked in even when he confirmed that i had reservation for 4 nights for 3 rooms, that particular staff need to be seen and managed. overall my experience was 5/10.

Bath was dirty, air con not working, staff were friendly but it was all pretty dated. Definitely not as photos advertised

The hotel staff was very helpful and kind to our dog. The hotel is in a run down part of Paris but the metro is close. The rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast was great. I would stay here again.

Clean room the space was good for family. The location of the hotel is not the greatest but the hotel is good .
