The elevator was out when we were there and we had heavy bags so going up three flights of stairs was not fun at all!

The shuttle service was great.

First room the dead bolt did not lock, we went back downstairs with out luggage. They changed our room. We go back up stairs and that room had not been cleaned after the last guest. We called the front desk. They changed our room for the third time. The bathroom shower did not have a shower curtain. I called downstairs and they sent one to our room. The hotel needs minor upgrades. The hot breakfast was good but I question if the eggs were fresh? Breakfast 6am-9am. We are on vacation not going to work. 10 end time would let you get some slee

Bug bites on legs next day. Although we prepaid for our room, motel was overbooked and front dest tried to move us to a different morel. We accepted a downgrade room. Front desk lady on checkout tried to be helpful with transportation to pier.

The elevator was out of service but other than that, it was a good value for the price.

Staff were not friendly. Elevator was not working. Tried to put us on 4th floor (we are elderly) & had to fight to get the 3rd floor. Hallways & stairs were dirty! Breakfast was just okay. Only stayed 1 night!

Updated rooms was nice.

Hotels.com sucks

Transferred to the sister hotel “sleep inn”… all the credit to them…. FANTABOULUS”!!
