Online misrepresentation.  The 2RM Q suites were outdated and differed significantly from advertised photos, particularly regarding the walk-in showers, which were available in only a limited number of rooms. Shower curtains barely covered the tub causing water on floor. Housekeeping did not service our room daily as offered, and hallways were never vacuumed during our 5day stay.  Housekeeping not available after 4pm.  Dust buildup in the room was significant enough that we cleaned some surfaces ourselves. The bfast & evening reception areas were understaffed, especially on weekends. Services often closed early, tables remained dirty, and common areas were difficult to enjoy due to inadequate upkeep. Lobby is welcoming, but the rest of the property & rooms showed considerable wear, including stained carpets, damaged flooring, worn furniture, and broken-down sofa beds. However, the beds were comfortable, and the pool area was clean & well maintained. Highlight was evening/bar staff, Cherie was absolutely exceptional—friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable about the area, and genuinely invested in creating a positive guest experience. Alexis was also very pleasant and professional. Other F&B staff came across as unfriendly and made guests feel like an inconvenience. Overall, the hotel has potential due to its location and a few exceptional employees, but cleanliness issues, property condition, staffing shortages, and inconsistent service significantly impacted our experience.

The staf was great. Maliek answered my questions and corrected an issue I had with no hesitstion. Blue was fabulous in the dining area on Saturday as he was pretty much alone with a very heavy customer presence. He still had a smile for you! Chere was a jewel. Quick Service and constantly checking that we were ok. Finally Vincent, such a wondeeful soul. So kind so sweet and so attentive. These team members excel at their jobs and provided great customer service. The property was clean and convenient to Shuttles for tourist. Only negative was a lose tile in the bathroom and the lobby restuarant areas were very cold. Great place. I will tell anykne coming to your area how nice the stay was.

Good location especially if you’re visiting scad. It’s not near the river but personally I prefer that since the River area is crazy. Only a 5-10 min walk to the main shopping street. Huge rooms and huge bathrooms. Tons of space but the property is a little dated and is ready for some updates.

Breakfast was good. Distance to river street is about 20 mins walk but can be too hot during summer

When the driver pulled up at the back of the hotel, I said this couldn't be. Once inside it's another dimension. It's clean, inviting and the staff was welcoming. They have a person who sits in the lobby to guide you on the activities/tours that Savannah has. The rooms are beautiful and spacious. I loved ro see my name on the television saying "Hello".. I was there for my family reunion. The staff was so accommodating. We had a great time. Thank you for being generous and welcoming.

I liked everything. I disliked not having a shuttle service to River St. Some of us aren’t able to walk that far even though, it’s a short distance

The room was nice and plenty of room for my family of 4! Enjoyed the complementary breakfast, a good variety of food to choose from! Me and my husband also enjoyed the happy hour with 2 complementary drinks per day along with the snacks! Great location with easy walk to many locations!

The hotel is nice but the furniture is worn out and the beds and mattresses are collapsing squeaky and uncomfortable. The staff is nice and helpful but they need a remodel and they need To reduce their fees until they do .

My husband and I had an exceptional stay at this location. We celebrated his birthday and enjoyed the daily, complimentary breakfast buffet and drinks each evening. We encountered a faulty sink and shower head that did not produce hot water. There was also an inoperable telephone in the bedroom, which could have potentially become a safe hazard for us during an emergent situations. Todd, the manager and Reatha did an exceptional job with their customer service. Overall, great experience. We will be back!!!
