그저 그래요 shower walls had scum or some other filth i’d like not to think about . front desk staff was not helpful or giving of info / friendly . After coming in from dinner , we dropped our to go box and asked if the front desk could call housekeeping and she stared and said with ann attitude we don’t have housekeeping at that time of night you’ll have to get that up . we apologized as we had no means to clean it up and walked to our room for the evening . the bed was comfy and the access to casino and food at casino was convenient as was price for location .

만족해요 I have never met a staff so rude. The room was clean enough, but the staff was so rude about everything when we first checked in that I couldn't WAIT to leave. We did leave by checkout, but beginning an hour and half before room serviced knocked on my door to see if we would leave soon. My partner went downstairs with some of our things - as the front desk made it clear that we were not welcome to use luggage carts- and housekeeping thought it would be okay to help themselves while I was still in the room waiting 45 minutes before checkout. So rude

매우 훌륭해요 I stayed for the RandB tour and it was close to concert location it was safe and the young ladies working the front desk were very nice and very helpful if ever in St Louis I would stay again

매우 훌륭해요 Check in was a breeze. Staff was super friendly. Pleased with the bed and pillows. Rooms/bathroom is spacious. Will be staying again.

훌륭해요 The hotel was clean and had great security measures in place so only the patrons had access to the elevators and night entry with their key cards. We came from a large city so even though the surroundings were noisy we still slept great. Plenty of towels, just right amount for us.

훌륭해요 The require a $100 deposit at hotel with the reservations name, no documentation of that prior and the front desk staff were extremely rude about the matter when we asked to use the second guest card. The documents printed on paper did not state matching either. We checked on around 4pm

그저 그래요 Our room had dust buildup everywhere except the tops of surfaces. Our faucet in the bathroom sink leaked around the base and from the spout all night. The beds didn’t even have fitted sheets as the base layer. I would recommend you bring your own pillows too, because the ones they provided were hard as rocks. The 2 staff members I did encounter were both very nice and friendly. Overall would not recommend or stay there again.
