Mejorar un poco el servicio

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was kept clean during our entire stay and amenities were great! Only thing my husband and I would love to see is a happy hour.

Beautiful hotel to spend time with family. Great pool and immediate access to the beach. Staff is very friendly. My only complaint is the lack of dining options. Many guests have to order delivery food instead of dining in the hotel

Carpets are dirty for a 5 star hotel Air conditioning to loud

We were assigned a room and when we got there people were inside the room with their belongings. I had to go to reception where the manager did not even male eye contact with me while assigning another room. A poor apology was given and nothing was offered per the inconveniences. The room was outdated with the glass shower door looking dirty at the bottom. The balcony floor did nit look clean. I expect so much more from this hotel.

The resort was absolutely gorgeous. My room had a few places of cleanliness concerns. The lobby, pool and beach access were great as well as eating options broke breakfast to dinner.

Hotel and crowd was horrible

Facility and staff were great, especially the valet. I was a little surprised that a thousand dollars had to be deposited from my credit card when checking in.
