Location is very convenient to SeaTac within walking distance.

I was charged a full month ahead of the actual date despite being informed by Expedia it was a reservation with pay on arrival. The excessively high room rate of $375 for a standard double room for one night did not even include breakfast. This looks like price gouging with the World Cup in town later in the week. I will not stay at a Radisson Hotel again and tell others to avoid this hotel company.

This has been my hotel of choice for my business travel for almost one year now until my recent stay. I woke up with numerous bug bites all over my body at 2am and could not go back to sleep. The front desk attendant was very apologetic and provided me with the manager’s business card. I emailed the manager the evening of 6/10 and still haven’t heard back (today is 6/15). Perhaps it went to her spam box, I don’t know but this matter should have been escalated to her attention without me having to reach out. Needless to say I will not be staying here again.

Great hotel amazing and clean

The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable.

One negative and multiple positives. Upon checking the front desk staff ( I believe he said his name was Kane- did not have a name tag on) asked to change the room I asked for since there was a problem in one of the rooms with the king bed. He asked if he can change it to two queen beds. I said no problem as long as it is quiet. He puts me in a room on the second floor right by the elevators and ac vents. Mind you there were 4-5 other people behind me waiting to check in. I could have been given one of those rooms. I go to the room , see the situation and I went down to ask for a change. Now he tells he does not have any other rooms left. I said five minutes ago, there were people behind me checking in, probably got more quieter rooms now you tell me there are no rooms. I could not sleep all night long with the noise, I kept waking up every time that elevator ran. Other than that the hotel is literally within walking distance, has shuttle as well with nice shuttle drivers. Breakfast was delicious, and my server was cordial and very pleasant. Gym has adequate work out machines , I have not used it but the pool looked nice as well The room is adequate and it was clean.

This hotel looks like a resort Lodge. Great location by the airport, and surprisingly quiet.

Free shuttle service to airport was great and efficient. Enjoyed swimming in the pool, very clean. Everything we needed.

It's only a five-minute walk from the airport. Check in was a breeze with the folks behind the desk. Highly recommend.
