The room was filthy. Tea and coffee stains on worktops. All surfaces dirty. Really tired triple room carpet filthy and the was a large beatle crawling across it. Beds tired and pillows need replacing. Asked to change rooms but turned down. Swerved breakfast and got the hell out. On plus side got free EV charging overnight

No laundry available. So the info in the app is inaccurate.

Lovely stay and very helpful staff

Booked one night for Rugby event at nearby stadium. Hotel just off main road two minutes walk from tram 20 mins to centre on tram line C. The area has numerous hotels but not alot else, couple of restaurants not the best area but was convenient for event. All the hotels have gated access to car parks and hotel. Unfortunately our main issue with hotel was gaining access to hotel. Buzzer on gate to get in did not seem to get a response from reception . When we given code to gate it didn't work. Ended up having to keep phoning reception and wait. Check in and staff were friendly, attentive and couldn't do enough. The room was light and clean. Beds were comfy. Would stay again.

The bathroom toilet has a ugly stain and the shower hose doesn't have a holder so your hands cannot be free when you shower ...other than that everything was fine.

I really love this hotel. It is part of the Contact chain of hotels. The room was nice, clean and spacious. The public tram is only a few minutes from the hotel. Parking is easy and free. There is no laundry facility in this room, though Expedia lists it as one of the amenities. There is a laundromat in the shopping mall close by. Overall, La Provencale is great value for the money.

Although attendants were very nice, the room was not great. Beds and linen were clean and good, but shower was beat up, outpour hanging wrong and even black mulch on its cealing

Hotel agreable et personnel accueillant. Nous avons apprecie les petits dejeuners, le confort de la chambre, ainsi que le cadre calme de l'hotel.

Easy to get to lots off parking , staff very helpful , room was good size clean and presentable Breakfast was excellent, 2min walk to tram line for easy way into centre , wouldn't have a problem staying again, good value for money

Clean room and excellent value for money. Hotel is a bit dated and could do with some refurbishment. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Nice secure car park.
